The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic Lead/Senior Reservoir Engineer to join our Ghana Business Unit, Field Developments team, on a full-time, permanent, hybrid basis. The position can be located at our Chiswick, London office or Accra, Ghana.

Job Purpose: To identify and advance Reservoir Engineering work scopes within the Ghana Field Developments team, providing expertise to mature reserves and production opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and mature production-enhancing opportunities for Ghana's deepwater assets through thorough Reservoir Engineering analysis.
2. Contribute to planning and work scope development, ensuring key Reservoir Engineering issues are addressed.
3. Plan infill wells from target identification to economic justification and support well operations.
4. Provide Reservoir Engineering input and analysis for projects like subsea tie-backs, facility expansions, and debottlenecking.
5. Support long-term forecasting for reserves and business planning.

Experience & Education:

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering; Masters preferred.

Skills:

• Strong reservoir simulation skills with TNavigator and Eclipse.
• Expertise in analytical Reservoir Engineering techniques such as material balance, decline curve, and trend analysis.
• Proficiency in Pressure Transient and Rate Transient Analysis.
• Experience in reservoir development planning and optimization.
• Experience in offshore deepwater developments is preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry technologies for appropriate solutions.
