University of Nottingham’s School of Politics and International Relations invites applications for a Senior Research Fellow to lead qualitative work on the Nuffield Foundation project "From Rivers of Blood to Rising Seas: Attitudes to Climate Migration", in partnership with Climate Outreach across the UK.

You will design and facilitate focus groups with ethnic minority and White British participants in multiple cities, analyse data with NVivo and CDA, and publish findings while engaging with

• PhD in a relevant field with a strong publication record.
• Demonstrable experience of qualitative methods.
• Experience in research on race, migration or public/environmental attitudes.
• Experience working with community organisations is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design and facilitate focus groups with diverse participants.
• Analyse data using NVivo and Critical Discourse Analysis.
• Contribute to historical discourse analyses and Delphi study.
• Disseminate findings through peer‑reviewed publications and conferences.
• Collaborate with community partners, policymakers and the Advisory Group.
