1. Manage project set-up, briefing field teams, and liaising with clients.
2. Craft and write discussion guides.
3. Lead briefings and conduct qualitative research using methods such as interviews, focus groups, online communities, and ethnography.
4. Conduct analysis and pull out actionable insights, and contribute to presentations.
5. Collaborate with senior team members to draft proposals and explore new methodologies.

Minimum Requirements:
