Represent Oldworth with finesse and credibility in all candidate and client interactions. Our clients are in growth and others are listed giants. Our influence can move markets, this comes with a significant obligation of discretion.

Required Qualifications & Traits

  • Analytical Curiosity: Ability to digest large amounts of information, identify key insights quickly, and synthesize them into clear recommendations. Intellectually curious with a data-driven mindset, constantly exploring new research tools and techniques.

Builds trust and rapport easily with clients, candidates, and colleagues. Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, inclusive culture.
