Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is a leading not-for-profit housing provider dedicated to building better lives and communities.

We're looking for a detail-driven Senior Reporting Officer to join our Data & Analytics team based at our Wembley office, working hybrid from home and in the office 2 days per week

About the Role

In this role, you'll lead on business-critical reporting across SNG, from regular operational insights to regulatory returns and board-level outputs. You'll transform complex data into clear, user-friendly reports that drive decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

  • You'll use your expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data modelling to produce accurate, timely, and accessible reports and dashboards
  • Lead on high-stakes regulatory and board-level reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into powerful, insightful data products.
  • Guide and support colleagues in best practice reporting and use of data.
  • Identify and address data quality issues to improve outcomes.

About You

We're seeking a confident analyst with:

  • Advanced Power BI skills and strong reporting tool expertise.
  • Deep understanding of database design, SQL, views, and functions.
  • Experience with data storytelling, forecasting, and predictive modelling.
  • The ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating across departments on projects and data strategy.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for quality and innovation in reporting.
