Recruitment Consultant- Business Intelligence at Harnham

Are you an experienced BI Analyst with a passion for data-driven decision-making? We're looking for a proactive and technically-minded individual to join an exciting, fast-growing entertainment business disrupting the industry!

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive impactful insights, optimize data models in BigQuery, and build intuitive Looker Studio dashboards that support the company's growth and strategic goals.

What we're looking for:

At least 3 years of experience in Analytics, specifically with BigQuery and (ideally) Looker Studio

Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for improving data solutions

Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and deliver actionable insights

A "do-er" attitude and a passion for an innovative, fast-paced company culture
