Amberside Advisors Ltd in London seeks a senior adviser to lead renewables advisory and due diligence mandates within the Energy Transition team. You will originate opportunities, manage complex client engagements and collaborate with Steer’s teams to deliver integrated commercial, financial and technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience originating and delivering commercial, financial and/or technical advisory mandates across debt and equity transactions.
• Line management experience for high performance environment.
• Strong Project and bid management for tenders and proposals.
• Experience in delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably the low carbon energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex client engagements independently and ensure profitability.
• Originate and win renewables advisory mandates, growing the client base.
• Lead commercial/technical due diligence assignments for grid-connected renewable projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and funds to generate advisory opportunities.
• Collaborate with Amberside and Steer teams to deliver integrated client propositions.
