Job summary

Amberside Advisors Ltd, part of the Steer Group, seeks a senior renewable energy advisor to originate and deliver commercial, financial and technical advisory mandates across solar, storage, wind and other assets.

You will lead complex engagements, grow the advisory pipeline, and collaborate with Steer’s teams globally to provide integrated client propositions and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or related field (economics, law, finance, sciences, engineering)
• MBA/MSc/MA desirable
• ACA/CIMA/CFA/IACCM/CMI/MEI or equivalent membership (optional)
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook & PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Manage several complex client engagements independently
• Originating and winning renewable power advisory and due diligence mandates
• Lead commercially focused financial, commercial and technical due diligence assignments
• Build relationships with clients and external partners to generate advisory mandates
• Deliver high-quality outputs, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
• Contribute to developing repeatable services and innovative solutions
• Support team in resource allocation and project delivery
