Job summary

Sureserve is seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Service Engineer to join our team in the South East and London areas. You will service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems including ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, EAHP and Solar, ensuring safety and efficiency for social housing clients.

The role requires a strong technical background, ACS gas qualifications, and a commitment to excellent customer service. UK driving licence and ability to work with diverse client bases are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (2 points or less).
• Experience in Social Housing desirable but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, and repair renewable energy systems (ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, EAHP & Solar).
• Service, maintain, and repair renewable energy systems for optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Provide training and support to clients on operation and maintenance of systems.
• Collaborate with engineering team to develop innovative system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance.
• Provide clear communication with clients and internal teams.
