Matchtech, part of Gattaca PLC, is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Renewable Energy in London for permanent roles. You will own and grow your desk, build trusted relationships, qualify roles, design search strategies, and advise stakeholders to deliver successful, sustainable hires.

You’ll manage permanent recruitment across CAPEX roles in offshore wind, solar, and large-scale construction, mainly in the UK and Western Europe.

About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll specialise in permanent hiring across the renewable energy sector. You’ll own and grow your desk, building trusted relationships, qualifying roles, design search strategies, and advise stakeholders to deliver successful, sustainable hires.

What you’ll do

• Manage Permanent Recruitment spanning CAPEX roles, early design, commissioning and build stages, across offshore wind farms, solar farms, onshore wind farms and wider large-scale construction projects. These areas offer strong opportunity.

• Your focus will be mainly the UK and Western Europe.

• You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, agree search plans, and provide clear, data-led hiring advice.

• You will manage talent through direct headhunting, market mapping, and industry networks.
