Job summary

A dedicated Senior Staff Nurse role is open in a dialysis clinic based in the Bangor, North Wales area, with a leading UK healthcare provider. The post requires an RGN with a current NMC pin and offers a permanent full-time contract with day shifts from Monday to Saturday.

Renal nursing experience is desirable, with strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills. The role includes a competitive salary, 35 days’ leave, and flexible working patterns and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in their review.

A brilliant new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Bangor, North Wales area.You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin**

**As a Senior Staff Nurse your key duties include:**

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care
• Mentor and assist team members
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
• Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, and external organisations and hospital trusts
• To lead shifts
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the service
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to renal patients
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Renal Nursing experience is desirable
• Good communication skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to change
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing
• Able to work effectively within a team

The successful Senior Staff Nurse will receive an excellent salary £36,827 - £45,011 per annum DOE.This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays.In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
