Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a premier UK healthcare provider in recruiting a Senior Staff Nurse for a renowned dialysis clinic in the Surbiton area, Surrey. The role requires an RGN with an active NMC PIN, with dialysis care experience preferred, and offers day shifts on a Monday-Saturday pattern.

You will lead shifts, mentor staff, and provide safe haemodialysis aligned with patient prescriptions, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and hospital trusts.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC Pin.
• Renal/haemodialysis experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to lead shifts and mentor staff.

A brilliant new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Surbiton, Surrey area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment

As a Senior Staff Nurse your key duties include:

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care
• Mentor and assist team members
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
• Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, and external organisations and hospital trusts
• To lead shifts
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the service
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to renal patients
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Renal Nursing experience is desirable
• Good communication skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to change
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing
• Able to work effectively within a team

The successful Senior Staff Nurse will receive an excellent salary £39,000 - £40,800 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
