Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment are seeking a Senior Staff Nurse for a state-of-the-art dialysis clinic in Surbiton, Surrey. You must be qualified as an RGN with an active NMC PIN and have experience delivering haemodialysis care within a multidisciplinary team.

This permanent, full‑time role offers day shifts from Monday to Saturday, with a salary of £39,000–£40,800 DOE and generous benefits including 35 days' leave and flexible working options.

• RN with active NMC pin; renal/haemodialysis experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; works well in team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred haemodialysis care.
• Mentor and support nursing team members.
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment per patient prescription.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and external trusts.
• Lead shifts and maintain effective communication with patients and providers.
• Adhere to procedures, policies, and review processes.
• Develop knowledge to improve renal patient care using evidence-based practice.
• Continually enhance clinical skills relevant to renal care.

A brilliant new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Surbiton, Surrey area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment

As a Senior Staff Nurse your key duties include:

• Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused care
• Mentor and assist team members
• Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
• Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, and external organisations and hospital trusts
• To lead shifts
• Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the service
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to renal patients
• Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Renal Nursing experience is desirable
• Good communication skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to change
• Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing
• Able to work effectively within a team

The successful Senior Staff Nurse will receive an excellent salary £39,000 - £40,800 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
