Job summary

Emeya Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Building Services for a fully remote role. You will lead the delivery of electrical design across residential Building Services projects, with travel to London approximately twice per month for meetings.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in electrical design for Building Services, BS 7671 knowledge, and a proven track record delivering large-scale residential schemes, working effectively in remote teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Electrical Design for Building Services.
• Senior-level experience in the Building Services sector.
• Experience with large-scale residential developments.
• Knowledge of BS 7671 and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Electrical Design, Building Services projects from concept through to construction.
• Produce detailed electrical design calculations, specifications, reports and drawings.
• Lead and coordinate Electrical Design, Building Services activities with project teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Attend design and client meetings in London approximately twice per month.
• Ensure all deliverables meet programme, budget and quality.
