Job summary

A leading company in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer. This role involves the design of reliability experiments, analysis of reliability models, and development of new electrical reliability tests in collaboration with engineers. Candidates should have deep knowledge in power semiconductor reliability, ideally GaN, along with strong statistical analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of power semiconductor reliability, preferably GaN.
• Strong statistical analysis skills, familiar with JMP, Minitab or Python.
• Experience in semiconductor failure analysis required.

Responsibilities

• Design reliability experiments for new devices and ICs.
• Develop and analyse reliability models.
• Collaborate with TCAD and simulation engineers to create new electrical reliability tests.
