Job summary

RLDatix, London-based, is seeking a Release Lead to join the Quality Compliance Systems team. You will lead end-to-end software releases, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure releases stay on schedule and align with business priorities.

The role requires 5+ years in software release management or related fields, and a strong ability to manage plans, dependencies, and risk. A weekly commute to London is expected within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software release management or technical programme delivery.
• Experience establishing release readiness criteria and quality gates.
• Ability to map milestones and dependencies and communicate changes to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex technical programmes and end-to-end releases across multiple teams.
• Own and manage release plans, dependencies, risks and transitions to production deployment.
• Coordinate activities across R&D, QA, Documentation, Localisation, Cloud Engineering, Product Management and Customer Success.
• Establish and maintain release readiness criteria and quality gates before deployment.
• Establish governance, reporting and KPI management to drive accountability and improvement.
