Deutsche Bank is seeking a Client Services Account Manager (CLO) in London to act as the primary contact for assigned clients, delivering collateral administration services for CLOs and loan portfolios. Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a corporate trust, cash management, custody, or loan administration function.
• Understanding of the global financial services industry and debt capital markets with a background in transaction banking in Securities/Equities preferred.
• Confident and experienced in client relationships, able to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of Payment processing, Issuing & Paying Agency Operations, Structured Finance transaction documentation and Capital Markets Operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Relationship Manager and transaction administrator for a portfolio of clients.
• Be the Accountable Client Owner for day-to-day administration and periodic client reviews.
• Coordinate with clients, counterparties and internal teams to ensure timely processing of CLO and other structured transactions.
• Review transaction documentation with in-house legal team pre- and post-closing to ensure proper processing and settlements.
• Calc/verify Interest and Principal Waterfalls and generate Payment Reports using in-house systems.
