Job summary

Chamberlain Career Management is assisting a high-growth Bank in appointing experienced Relationship Directors to originate and structure lending opportunities across the UK. This remote, home-based role focuses on Scotland and North East England with scope to write business UK-wide.

You will cultivate broker, intermediary and borrower relationships, originate lending opportunities, and present proposals to Credit with a strong emphasis on credit discipline and commercial terms.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of originating significant volumes of new business within a UK bank or lender.
• Established and productive network of brokers, introducers and borrowers.
• Strong credit, structuring and commercial skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and highly results-driven.
• Ability to develop new relationships and convert opportunities into completed transactions.
