Job summary

Chamberlain Career Management is seeking to place a Relationship Director for a remote role focused on the North East, Scotland, and broader UK. You will originate lending opportunities via brokers and direct borrowers, structuring transactions and negotiating terms to support growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Real Estate Finance with a UK bank or lender, an established broker network, and strong credit/negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience originating significant volumes of Real Estate Finance business with a UK bank or lender.
• Established and productive network of brokers and professional introducers.
• Strong credit, structuring and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers and borrowers.
• Originate new lending opportunities across the Bank's product range.
• Structure transactions, negotiate terms and present proposals to Credit.
• Consistently deliver against new-business origination targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to growth strategy.
