Job Title: Claims Adjuster

Join The Emerald Group Ltd, Search and Selection, as a Claims Adjuster. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of reinsurance claims across multiple lines including motor, property & casualty, life, and credit & surety.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing a portfolio of reinsurance claims.
2. Liaising with brokers and clients, handling complex queries and disputes.
3. Conducting file reviews, audits (including travel), and collaborating with legal teams for strategic updates.
4. Attending settlement meetings, legal conferences, and market forums.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of reinsurance claims handling experience, with UK Motor experience being essential.
2. Strong communication, analytical, and commercial judgment.
3. Experience with client audits and relationship management.
4. Legal or insurance qualifications such as Cert CII, DIP CII, ACII, Solicitor, or ILEX are advantageous.
5. German language skills are a plus but not required.
