Job summary

Inspire Neurocare is seeking a Rehab Assistant to support adults with neurological conditions in a hands-on care setting. You will assist with daily living tasks, provide companionship and help residents engage in centre activities, always following personalised care plans.

The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centred care, collaborative teamwork with nurses and therapists, and a supportive environment encouraging learning and professional development.

We specialise in supporting adults with complex neurological conditions and injuries going beyond traditional rehabilitation and long-term care by tailoring nursing care and therapeutic support to suit each individual’s goals, preferences and needs.

You will work closely with our residents and their families as well as the wider multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, person centred care in line with their individual care plans.

We will look to you to support our residents with a variety of daily tasks whether that be by assisting residents with personal care tasks (where required), providing social and emotional support to encourage participation in centre activities or simply by offering companionship by taking an interest in their lives.

This is a hands‑on role, where you will really make a difference in the lives of the people we support.

• You must have a valid proof of right to work in the UK
• Experience in Care is welcomed but is not essential
