Job summary

PwC in Manchester is seeking a Senior Associate to act as a regulatory training advisor within the XLoS Regulatory Reporting team. You will be a key escalation point for training breaches, provide expert guidance on complex queries, investigate root causes, and drive compliance through tutor sourcing and delivery.

You will collaborate with Course Managers, maintain knowledge of ARQ requirements, ensure governance and data quality, and support audit readiness.

• Exceptional investigative and analytical skills with sound judgement.
• Expert knowledge of ARQ requirements and regulatory training compliance.
• Subject matter expert in XLoS mandatory training processes.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Resilient, adaptable and capable of handling complex workloads.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation handler for training breaches and anomalies, performing root-cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Provide accurate guidance on compliance and regulatory reporting across business units.
• Validate training audiences and collaborate with Officers to ensure governance and data quality.
• Partner with Course Managers to stay current on curricula and improve tutor sourcing and delivery; support change initiatives.
