Qualifications

• Essential: Extensive regulatory experience in the food & beverage industry (roughly 10 years).
• Strong knowledge of food legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and multiple workstreams.
• Experience leading or mentoring regulatory professionals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver regulatory projects across the food and beverage sector, ensuring high technical quality and timely delivery
• Provide clear, pragmatic regulatory advice and interpretation of food legislation across multiple markets
• Plan and manage projects, including resourcing, timelines and budgets
• Lead, mentor and line manage regulatory team members, supporting their development and performance
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to regulatory publications, service development and thought leadership
• Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and emerging issues relevant to the food and beverage industry
