Job summary

Sagentia Regulatory seeks an experienced Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Senior Manager to lead high-impact regulatory projects for global food and beverage clients. The role blends deep regulatory expertise with project leadership and people management to shape our regulatory services.

You will own complex programmes, mentor the regulatory team, and collaborate with internal experts and clients across markets to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive regulatory experience within the food and beverage industry (≈10 years).
• Strong knowledge of food legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple workstreams.
• Experience leading, mentoring or line managing regulatory professionals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver regulatory projects across the food and beverage sector, ensuring high technical quality and timely delivery.
• Provide clear, pragmatic regulatory advice and interpretation of food legislation across markets.
• Plan and manage projects, including resourcing, timelines and budgets.
• Lead, mentor and line manage regulatory professionals to develop the team.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to regulatory publications, service development and thought leadership.
• Monitor regulatory developments and emerging issues relevant to the food and beverage industry.
