Marks Sattin, in partnership with a leading SaaS business, seeks an Associate General Counsel to lead its Regulatory legal function and support the development and scaling of technology products across international markets.

This senior in-house role collaborates closely with Product, Engineering and business teams to provide practical regulatory guidance throughout the product lifecycle, enabling innovative and responsible growth.

Qualifications

• Regulatory leadership experience in SaaS/tech environments.
• Ability to provide pragmatic legal solutions in fast-paced product cycles.
• Proven track record working with product, engineering and commercial teams.
