Moneycorp Bank Limited is seeking a UK-based regulatory legal professional to act as support for the UK business and the broader Moneycorp Group. You will handle regulatory matters, advise on payments, e-money, and cross-border services, and support licensing and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires a UK-qualification as a solicitor with several years of post-qualification experience, and a strong eye for detail.

Competenze

• Knowledge of FSMA, E-money, PSD2, MiFID II and digital asset regulation.
• UK qualified solicitor with 5+ years experience in large law firm or in-house.
• Experience in regulatory matters within financial services.

Mansioni

• Lead on regulatory legal matters across UK and international Moneycorp Group.
• Advise on regulatory requirements for payment services, e-money and cross-border activities.
• Assist with audits, complaints, or enforcement actions by regulators (FCA, CBI, GFSC).
• Support regulatory authorisations and license variations.
• Review contracts for Group functions and monitor regulatory changes (PSD2, MiFID II, etc.).
• Instruct external counsel and assist Group insurance arrangements.
