Moneycorp Bank Limited is seeking a UK-qualified solicitor with corporate finance and governance experience to support the UK business and international Moneycorp Group. The role focuses on financing arrangements, group structure, governance, and contract oversight.

You will assist with board packs, resolutions, and external counsel coordination, while contributing to group insurance and overall regulatory compliance. Flexible hybrid work in London or Coventry offered.

Qualifications

• Legal knowledge across financing, corporate structure, M&A, debt facilities and governance.
• UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years' experience in a large firm or in-house.

Responsabilités

• Review and advise on financing arrangements, facilities and security documentation.
• Manage group structure, incorporations, dissolutions and reorganisations.
• Advise directors on regulatory compliance and prepare board/shareholder resolutions.
