Job summary

Revolut in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to guide crypto compliance and related controls, advising the business on regulatory requirements and best practices for a fast-scaling fintech environment.

You will shape the compliance framework, support licence processes, monitor regulatory architecture, and work with Operations and product teams to ensure adherence to local rules. The role blends regulatory insight with practical controls across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and related regulatory considerations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and how to address gaps.
• Experience in creating and implementing policy frameworks and controls.
• Understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk.

• Act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Supporting regulatory licence applications and related filings.

• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks and policies.
• Advising on product launches to ensure full regulatory compliance across operations.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on crypto compliance requirements and related controls.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme
• Supporting regulatory licence applications
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
• Supporting interactions with regulators

What you'll need

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
• An understanding of digital asset products
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
• A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
• The ability to communicate positively with regulators and members of various internal teams
