Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager in the UK to safeguard consumer protection practices for crypto products. You will shape and implement compliance frameworks, advise on licences, and work with operations to meet evolving regulatory standards.

You will monitor regulatory developments, design governance and training, and collaborate with regulators to support safe, compliant product delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and related policy expectations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and control design.
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation processes.
• Strong understanding of how compliance risk interacts with business risk.
• Effective communication with regulators and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Develop and execute a world‑class compliance framework and training programme.
• Support regulatory licence applications and ongoing regulatory submissions.
• Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of regulatory architecture.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Advise on product launches to ensure full regulatory compliance with local rules.
• Interact with regulators and support regulatory engagements.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on crypto compliance requirements and related controls.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme
• Supporting regulatory licence applications
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
• Supporting interactions with regulators
