Job summary

Revolut in the United Kingdom seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure crypto regulatory requirements are met and to shape our compliance framework. You will advise on controls and support regulatory licence activities, working closely with the Operations team to embed compliant conduct across products.

You will monitor regulatory changes, provide expert guidance on crypto policy, and engage with regulators to protect customers and maintain high standards of compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis.
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation.
• Strong understanding of how compliance risk interacts with business risk.
• Ability to communicate positively with regulators and internal teams.
• Multitasking with close attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Develop and implement a world-class compliance framework and training program.
• Support regulatory licence applications.
• Monitor, test and report on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture.
• Draft and roll out compliance plans, frameworks and policies.
• Advise on product launches to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Engage with regulators as required.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on crypto compliance requirements and related controls.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme
• Supporting regulatory licence applications
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
• Supporting interactions with regulators
