Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead crypto compliance in the UK, advising on crypto regulatory requirements and controls while aligning with FCA expectations.

You will build a world-class compliance framework, support license activities, and collaborate with product, operations, and regulators to ensure ongoing compliance across Revolut's crypto services.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis.
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation.
• Understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk.
• Ability to communicate positively with regulators and internal teams.
• Multitasking with close attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme
• Supporting regulatory licence applications
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
• Supporting interactions with regulators

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on crypto compliance requirements and related controls.

What you'll be doing
