Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager in the UK to oversee crypto-compliance activities, align with FCA requirements, and guide the business on regulatory matters across crypto offerings. You will shape controls, policies, and training to ensure robust consumer protection as Revolut grows.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement compliant product launches, monitor regulatory developments, and maintain strong interactions with regulators and authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and related regulatory considerations.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy creation/implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Develop and execute a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Support regulatory licence applications.
• Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of regulatory architecture.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on crypto compliance requirements and related controls.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme
• Supporting regulatory licence applications
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
• Supporting interactions with regulators

What you'll need

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
• An understanding of digital asset products
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
• A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
• The ability to communicate positively with regulators and members of various internal teams
