We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-respected and innovative real estate-focused bank, based in the City of London. They are seeking a senior regulatory compliance manager to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Policy and procedure drafting and implementation
• Compliance advisory and control room activities
• Compliance monitoring
• Governance and regulatory oversight
• Senior Manager & Certification Regime (SMCR)

Key attributes we are looking for:

• 8+ years of experience within compliance-focused roles
• Experience working within the UK banking sector within compliance
• Degree educated is preferable
• ICA (or alternative) qualifications are preferable
