Job summary

Aimee Willow Connex Limited is seeking a Compliance professional to strengthen the compliance function and support the Association in maintaining high professional and regulatory standards across all activities.

You will focus on day-to-day regulatory matters for broker and lender members, provide practical, proportionate guidance, review financial promotions, support FCA reporting, deliver regulatory training, and collaborate with the Head of Compliance and Assurance to implement policies.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ relevant experience in an advisory compliance role.
• In-depth knowledge of FCA requirements (PRIN, CONC, SYSC, MCOBS).
• Ability to interpret FCA rules and provide clear, practical compliance advice.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a source of technical knowledge on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Review and approve financial promotions in accordance with FCA requirements.
• Support Broker Members in responding to complaints.
• Handle complaints and regulatory investigations with fairness and objectivity.
• Deliver compliance and regulatory training to the team and Members.
• Keep up to date with regulatory developments and communicate them internally.
