Job summary

Schroders in London is seeking a Senior Regulatory Business Analyst to lead end-to-end business analysis for platform-wide regulatory change projects. You will interpret regulatory requirements, perform GAP analyses, and document detailed business and functional deliverables for the Regulatory Programme.

The role involves shaping operating models, leading workshops with senior stakeholders, and delivering high-quality artefacts to enable successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive business analysis experience leading regulatory change initiatives.
• Experience delivering UCITS KIIDs and PRIIPs KIDs with clear requirements.
• Qualified BA with recognised certification (IIBA CCBA is preferred, CBAP or PMI-PBA acceptable).
• Proven leadership of BA teams within large transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership and diverse groups.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills; rigorous, structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for regulatory change initiatives.
• Oversee impact assessment, solution design, and documentation of detailed requirements.
• Shape operating models through workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Produce artefacts: process maps, user stories, and traceability matrices.
• Support testing, change readiness, and embedding new processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to capture and refine complex requirements.
