Booking.com, based in London, seeks a Senior Commercial Associate – RegTech to support compliance operations and partner relations with a focus on KYC, KYB, and related SAAS controls.

You will collaborate with product and technology teams to optimize vendor strategies, manage commercial contracts, and ensure regulatory adherence across the UK, EEA and Americas, driving cost efficiencies and risk management.

Qualificações

• Experience in compliance operations, sales or project management in fintech/regtech.
• Data analytics experience related to evaluating PoC results.
• Legal/commercial contract skills with negotiation experience.
• Technical familiarity with KYC/POA/KYB and other Regtech solutions.
• Regulatory knowledge of PSD3, AMLR/AMLA and EIDAS 2.0 is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support Senior Commercial Manager with RegTech initiatives and vendor relationships.
• Input/output analysis for PoCs with prospective vendors.
• Develop commercial strategies with vendors to optimize costs and expand services.
• Manage commercial contracts, vendor exploration, and PoC documentation.
• Understand compliance frameworks across UK, EEA and Americas.
• Analyze vendor performance against SLAs.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory compliance risks.
