Job summary

Young’s is seeking an Experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead 12–14 diverse pubs from the Mumbles to Bristol and Bath. You will inspire General Managers and Head Chefs, shaping menus and operations to grow the business while maintaining exceptional standards and a people-focused culture.

The role demands entrepreneurial leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a track record of developing teams across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large team of pub managers and staff.
• Proven track record in hospitality operations and P&L awareness.
• Creative, entrepreneurial operator with a passion for pubs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12–14 pubs across Bristol, Bath and South Wales and mentor GMs and Head Chefs.
• Drive sales growth while upholding brand standards and guest experience.
• Develop leaders across the area and foster a strong people culture.
• Ensure consistent quality, control and financial performance across venues.
