East Midlands Councils in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Senior Regeneration Delivery Officer to co-ordinate feasibility projects and capital schemes for the Economy & Regeneration Service. You will provide programme management insight and professional challenge to deliver placemaking and economic growth for Derbyshire’s residents and businesses.

• Significant experience in a large complex organisation or public sector environment delivering transformational change projects and initiatives.
• Strong track record of cross-departmental and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience in supervising staff, planning workloads and budgets.

Mansioni

• Coordinate delivery of the Regeneration programme and monitor progress.
• Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to create the regeneration pipeline.
• Prepare and present programme progress reports and budget/performance analyses.
• Ensure governance and approvals are in place and manage procurement activity.
