Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Major Projects Programme Delivery Lead on an interim basis in the West Midlands. The role focuses on senior leadership across regeneration, infrastructure and place-based programmes with hybrid working (3 days on site) for a 9-month assignment.

You will drive operational readiness for Metro Phase 2 and Dudley Interchange, establish an integrated Major Projects Programme and lead governance, risk and reporting to enable tangible delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with proven track record in regeneration or infrastructure programmes.
• Experience delivering complex public-sector initiatives and placing governance at the center.
• Ability to influence across organisations and drive delivery across multi-stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across major regeneration and infrastructure programmes.
• Lead operational readiness for Metro Phase 2 and Dudley Interchange.
• Establish an integrated Major Projects Programme and drive delivery milestones.
• Oversee procurement and consultant management within the Dudley Ecosystem Masterplan.
• Strengthen governance, reporting, risk management and delivery across the portfolio.
