Crem Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer for a reputable East Anglia-based business, delivering installation, servicing, maintenance and breakdown support.

You will work on a range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, attending customer sites, diagnosing faults, and completing repairs to the highest standards while representing the company professionally.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on refrigeration systems.
• City & Guilds or equivalent Refrigeration/AC qualifications.
• City & Guilds 2079 Refrigerant Handling Certificate (F-Gas).
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours and participation in an on-call rota.
• Full clean UK driving licence (age 25+ for insurance).
• Positive, proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair works on refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete breakdown repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Attend customer sites and provide a professional and reliable service.
• Participate in the on-call rota, providing 24-hour breakdown support.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records including job cards, timesheets and maintenance reports.
• Provide feedback and updates to management.
• Deliver high standard of workmanship at all times.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication and service.
• Support and assist with development of junior engineers.
