Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience delivering Red Team or adversary simulation engagements.
• Excellent offensive security and penetration-testing knowledge.
• Strong scripting or software development skills.
• Experience producing high-quality technical findings and recommendations.
• Active DV clearance is essential to the role.

Responsibilities

• Scope targets and Red Team engagements with service owners.
• Deliver and support Red Team and adversary simulation activities.
• Oversee Red Team activity delivered by other teams.
• Review and assure the technical quality of Red Team outputs.
• Identify vulnerabilities, attack paths and security weaknesses.
• Produce clear findings, reports and actionable remediation recommendations.
• Help customers strengthen their security posture and overall cyber resilience.
• Apply scripting/development skills to support offensive security activities.
• Engage effectively with technical teams, service owners and customer stakeholders.
