Introducing the Team

The Secondary Team at Tradewind are one of a highest performers with many of the 11+ consultants in our Top 10 billers, with all exceling as a Recruitment Consultants in their own right.

Your Role

In your first year, you will:

• Build your desk and reputation within Secondary Schools, bringing on new clients through Business Development, Visits and key marketing drives.
• Have a fun but professional relationship with all internally in the office as we build towards the same goal of being the Number 1 Agency in the market.
• Increase candidate placements by collaborating closely with clients.
• Achieve weekly targets and KPIs set in partnership with your manager.
• Earn commission at every step of your journey.

Ongoing Support and Mentorship

You will receive unwavering support from your team manager, Director and our leading training team. Work alongside some of the most successful recruitment consultants in the education sector as you develop your role and professional skills. Progression for all that want it is available with Tradewind, once through probation every single person is on a Promotion Pathway Contract so you know exactly the expectations on you to progress your career. Many of our managers have been internally promoted into their roles showing our commitment to progression and its very rare anyone leaves due to that feeling of hitting a ceiling.
