• A proven track record in recruitment or sales.

• Manage and grow your own client and candidate pipeline.
• Successfully fill supply and contract vacancies while delivering an outstanding level of service.
• Drive repeat business and referrals through excellent relationship management.

We're looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Teaching Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

You'll play a key role in developing new business, strengthening existing partnerships and delivering a high-quality recruitment service to schools and education professionals. Building relationships is at the heart of the role, so you'll spend your time speaking with clients and candidates, visiting schools and developing long-term partnerships.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant or a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant from another temporary recruitment sector who is looking to move into a more specialist and rewarding market.
