Job summary

Impact Energy Partners in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive end-to-end recruitment within the renewable energy sector, building relationships with utilities, technology and public sector clients.

You will source and engage candidates, manage the full lifecycle from vacancy briefing to placement, and help expand our client pool while ensuring compliance and delivering growth targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a 360-recruitment agency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships across utilities, renewable energy, technology and the public sector.
• Identify client workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that align with service goals.
• Develop and grow a client pool of at least 200 hiring managers and decision makers within the first six months.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking to build a specialist talent pool.
• Conduct interviews, vetting and compliance checks to ensure candidate suitability and readiness.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to placement and aftercare.
• Achieve agreed activity targets including CV submissions, interviews arranged and monthly placements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, employment legislation, GDPR and safeguarding policies.
