Impact Energy Partners is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end recruitment in the renewable energy sector from Birmingham City Centre. You will build client networks and engage a high-calibre candidate pool to support UK net zero goals.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a 360-recruitment agency environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships across utilities, renewable energy, technology, and public sector organisations.
• Identify client workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Develop and grow a client pool of at least 200 hiring managers and decision makers within six months.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build a specialist talent pool.
• Conduct interviews, vetting, and compliance checks to ensure candidate suitability and readiness.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to placement and aftercare.
• Achieve agreed activity targets including CV submissions, interviews arranged, and monthly placements.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and safeguarding policies.
• Monitor market trends in UK energy sectors and drive business development.
