Senior Recruitment Consultant - Maintenance

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction and Property Maintenance team in London at Hays Recruitment. The role focuses on engaging with blue collar temp workers and matching them with private sector businesses needing interim solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining relationships with maintenance experts.
2. Engaging with Facilities management, HR, and Procurement teams.
3. Sourcing, screening, and recruiting top candidates for interim roles.
4. Supporting business growth through proactive approaches.
5. Collaborating with PSL & MSP businesses and other recruitment consultants.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or higher, with a track record in business development and recruitment, particularly with senior-level candidates and clients.
