Fram is excited to partner with a Chartered Wealth Management company based in West Essex. Our client works with High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, and they are looking for an experienced Client Manager or Senior IFA Administrator to join their Advisor Support team. This opportunity has arisen due to a member of the client servicing team retiring this year.

The company offers hybrid working arrangements, with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the office, and Mondays and Fridays working from home. The role requires a strong financial planning background and a client-focused approach, as you will be the main point of contact for day-to-day client queries and will be required to sit in client meetings.

If you're passionate about making a difference in the world of financial advice, this is an incredible opportunity to grow your career in a company committed to responsible investing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a dedicated team of Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for a bank of clients when Advisors are unavailable.
  • Handle annual reviews and ensure all necessary actions are completed promptly.
  • Process new business applications and manage client information.
  • Assist in writing basic reports and maintaining documentation.
  • Perform general office duties.
  • Sit in on some client meetings to provide support and take detailed notes.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, product providers, and the advisory team.

An ideal candidate will have several years’ experience as a financial services administrator or paraplanner, preferably Level 4 or working towards the qualification. The candidate will have strong technical knowledge of advice and a working knowledge of platforms. A proactive mindset is essential, including taking on additional projects such as training new staff and involvement in the investment committee.
