You will manage end-to-end hiring for senior finance roles, from CFO to Financial Analyst, while expanding strategic sourcing initiatives and nurturing key client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance recruitment, a strong network, and proven ability to close high-caliber finance placements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment, with finance focus.
• Proven success placing CFO, Finance Director, Controller, Financial Analyst, and Accountant.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and regulations.
• Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
