Role Overview

Our Education team is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Manchester-based office. You will play a key role in developing and establishing your own secondary desk in this strategic location, which is a vital hub within our UK operations, offering numerous internal growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

1. Generate new and existing client relationships through business development and sales calls.
2. Manage current client relationships effectively.
3. Expand existing client accounts by identifying new sales opportunities.
4. Assist clients with their recruitment needs through direct interaction.
5. Source candidates matching pre-qualified specifications for your clients.
6. Create and tailor advertisements specific to client needs.
7. Conduct searches using our database, incoming applications, and job boards.
