What You'll Be Doing:

• 360 End-to-End Recruitment: Identify, engage, and place top technical talent in contract roles across the renewables sector, with a particular focus on off-shore wind. This will also include business development and exploring leads within the industry.
• Innovative Sourcing: Use creative strategies and tools to grow your candidate network and attract high-calibre professionals.
• Candidate Engagement: Build lasting relationships with candidates, ensuring a strong and dependable talent pipeline.
• Contractor Management: Oversee contractor performance and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Compliance & Quality: Uphold NES Fircroft’s standards while ensuring full compliance with local laws and client-specific policies.
• Business Development: Uncover new opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation to grow your desk.
• Process Excellence: Manage job postings and candidate pipelines with precision, speed, and attention to detail.
